The Kearney Analytics Practice, teams with companies across industries applying advanced analytics to identify opportunities, provide strategic insights, and deliver value. Kearney Analytics consultants:

Engage directly with clients

Translate strategic challenges to analytics solutions, problem solve with clients to identify the underlying root problem, and determine the best data enabled, analytical approaches to fit their needs

Craft business insights and prove value by applying advanced analytics and data science (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, etc.)

Uplift client’s data and analytics capabilities, addressing change management and driving transformation

Collaborate with technology colleagues who advise, design, and deliver scalable solutions

Work across industries, including Retail, Consumer, Health, Chemicals, Automotive, Aerospace, and more

Work across functions and domains such as Strategic Operations, Strategic Planning, Top-Line Growth, Marketing, and more

Work across solutions such as supply chain design, inventory optimization, growth opportunity identification, marketing optimization, category management, retail footprint and format optimization, demand sensing, and more

Who you are

Insightful. Inquisitive. Collaborative. But we’re also looking for analytical problem solvers who think beyond coding, and who are always unapologetically themselves. In addition, we look for individuals with the following experience or qualities:  

MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience 

Experienced working as a Management Consultant required 

Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships 

Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues 

Have managed at least one major workstream of the business designs

Analytically inclined and love solving problems

Experience working in or alongside clients in the following capacities:

Predictive modeling

Machine learning

Data analytics

Sentiment analysis

Optimization modelling

Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C. or Toronto  

English fluency  

The base salary range for this role is $212,000 - $235,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
