What You’ll Do
From day one, you’ll join the Philadelphia management team where you will contribute to shaping the future of Sia Partners. As a Client Development Leader managing Sales, Client Coverage, and IP, you will have a key role in sales and strategic offerings. The successful candidate will accelerate Philadelphia’s Digital Transformation Agenda, advancing our capabilities in the local market.
Client Delivery
Client delivery will be focused on strategic analysis to transformative execution as part of a remote and on-site project team (some travel may be required)
Apply subject matter expertise from a domain, product, functional and/or technical perspective
Advise clients on key strategic decisions that impact their business covering both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with our client’s senior leadership teams to provide status updates and obtain key insights throughout the project
Assist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methods
Develop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clients
Identify opportunities for new business and supporting bid teams with proposals
Contribute to the development of high-quality technical and service offerings
Manage budget as well as overall engagement profitability (margin)
Support the practice and our people development
Business Development
Leverage local professional network to expand digital transformation clients in the Philadelphia Market
Drive opportunities to expand client services with relationships built from current engagements
Identify new offerings and services based on client needs
Close opportunities through participation in RFI and RFP responses
Demonstrate domain expertise in sales efforts, including client orals presentations
Develop and leverage networks across client organizations and professional bodies
Develop and maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts
Develop account plans aligned with Sia’s service offerings
Develop and maintain an understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses
Experience in executing under a strategic selling framework
Qualifications
Based in Philadelphia area and available for some travel
Bachelor’s degree required
Deep experience in technologies and digital transformation. Areas of competencies to be: IT Strategy development, selection and implementation of software (such as ERP, CRM, LIMs, HRIS, etc.), IT Service Management, enterprise architecture, data migration, AI and data analytics, RPA, and more.
Minimum of 10 years of project management, requirements management, organizational change management and/or process improvement experience; and 5+ years of consulting experience preferred from a leading consulting firm
Broad knowledge of available commercial-off-the-shelf software solutions, tools, technical standards, and integration techniques
Deep understanding of both waterfall and agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, techniques, and tools
Working knowledge of hosting, networking, telecommunications, ERP, collaboration, and other enterprise technical infrastructure
Experience with merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions a plus
Experience with managed services and outsourcing a plus
Experience with organization (re)design a plus
Bring a professional network that aligns to Sia’s existing and target client base
Demonstrate a track record of quality client delivery and securing business through existing client relationships
Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients
The ability to learn new subject matter rapidly and a desire to develop a deep understanding of the trends and challenges shaping the financial services industry within a collaborative environment amongst Sia Partners colleagues
An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Partners Insights
Business, Operational, Functional, or specific subject matter expertise within core domains

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
