Organization Transformation Analyst

The Challenge:Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize government to better manage talent? Does working with cybersecurity talent inspire you?

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to characterize large data sets and make recommendations for improving organizational changes to strategy, structure, process, human capital, culture and management practices. Examine complex systems through an innovation perspective, and consult on the development of specific solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Comfortably use business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SharePoint to build and maintain forecasting models and help senior analysts design new or modify existing workforce programs, procedures and/or policies to meet changing requirements. Assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for transformation efforts.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years of experience with change management, workforce planning, employee engagement or corporate strategy 
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with other members of a team towards project goals
  • 1+ years of experience conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, and making recommendations for improvement
  • 1+ year of experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SharePoint
  • Experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Experience with creating and delivering verbal and written communication products, including presentations and workforce tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Nice if you Have:

  • Experience with supporting large dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
  • Experience with Talent Development, Talent Management, Product or Program Development, and Talent Initiative Design or Launch 
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, including exercising high professional mature judgment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
