PRISM - Proactive Risk Intelligence in Supply Management - is Kearney’s industry-defining, tech-enabled supply base risk management service offering. In combination with Kearney’s 90+ years of consulting heritage, PRISM uses external market data and our proprietary analytics capabilities to provide visibility into buried risk, determine value at risk, and execute mitigation strategies for our clients. About the Role

As a member of the PRISM team, you will play a key role acting as an expert in supply chain risk management driving PRISM projects and solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

Drive PRISM projects in supply chain management Develop PRISM solutions with a project team according to client requirements Develop new business within existing accounts through client relationships Drive Business development – supporting proposal writing and by running rapid supply chain analysis working with third party software and Kearney industry experts Manage two or more PRISM specialists or Kearney consultants Execute PRISM projects – working with project teams and advanced supply chain software to analyze supply chain data and determine points of risk Report status to leadership team on overall solution development Support development of intellectual capital, working with Kearney consultants, including articles, approach documents, conference materials Qualifications & Experience

MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience Experienced working as a Management Consultant required Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design and/or implementation oversight Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas Supply Chain Operations/Management Risk Management Network Design, Network Optimization & Analytics Skills

Being able to rigorously analyze complex business challenges with the capability to generate key insights Experience in the delivery of strategy consulting projects Presence in meetings and high caliber presentation and communication skills Proven ability to contribute to high-impact engagement teams Insight-driven with strong problem-solving skills and pragmatism Hands-on approach to project delivery: entrepreneurial, insight-driven, results-oriented Boundless passion and enthusiasm to support others around you to succeed Other: Fluent in English What we Offer
