Job description We are hiring W2 Temporary Project Consultants to supplement our full-time consulting teams and support client delivery. We are especially interested in meeting candidates with a background in financial services/banking, high tech, and fintech. The projects can range from leading digital financial services companies to change management for large consumer banks. Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in the Financial Services industry and preferably in contracting roles and/or have previous consulting experience

Location: Candidates who reside in Charlotte, North Carolina will be prioritized. However, remote opportunities are available on the East Coast

Project Duration: Typically between 3-12 months with possibility for extension based on performance.

Profile Focus Areas:

Program Management Project Management Process Mapping/Improvement Scrum Masters Agile Methodologies Business Analysis Change Management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services Experience leading significant business program management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including agile/scrum Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients Flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervision Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite A certification in one of the following strongly preferred: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, and/or Change Management Additional information BENEFITS
