Our US Retail & Consumer Products team provides support to our clients on a wide array of topics, including but not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES & PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Consulting experience in the luxury retail, food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
Understanding of IT/ERP/Marketing projects and solutions
Project/Program and/or Product Management Experience in eCommerce or technology implementation
Having been exposed somewhat to sales & marketing, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, and customer experience
Project Manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team
Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
Conduct effective meetings
Summarize and present findings to clients
Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
Perform subject matter research and business analysis
Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
Qualifications
Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic university (MBA or equivalent)
4 – 10 years of management consulting experience
Project Manager or Product Manager in the retail and consumer products space
Proven knowledge in eCommerce and digital/IT solutions
Supply chain management and inventory management, customer experience offerings and capabilities
Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership skills and/or experience
Lead internal corporate initiatives
Based in Seattle and eligible to work in the United States

Compensation Information
Washington compensation for this role is between $122,000 to $125,000 per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
