Job description
We are looking to meet talented professionals with at least five years of demonstrated client-facing success in several of the following disciplines:
Strategic planning
Business or corporate strategy

Qualifications
Must be able to:
Quickly establish, develop, and foster positive rapport with various levels of stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
Define annual plans, goals, and strategies for consumer and/or business marketing organizations
Define ways of working across cross-functional teams
Set and manage budgets, and ensure accurate and consistent financial tracking
Build investment cases and incremental asks
Define and implement cross-functional processes and operating models
Define and track organizational OKRs

Additional information
California Compensation Information
California compensation for this opportunity ranges between $122,000 and $125,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
