Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our offices in North America. You will act as a key representative for PriceMetrix across the Wealth Management Practice, keeping practice leadership apprised of progress and opportunities, and building individual relationships with engagement managers, associate partners and partners across the practice. You will help guide PriceMetrix personnel in how to interact with consulting leaders as well as ensure consultants understand the best method and approach to working with PriceMetrix data and insights.
What You'll Do
You will help lead PriceMetrix – a software subscription service and Wealth Management research center, developing and executing our scaling strategy.  
You will drive a multi-year vision, ensuring we bring the best analytic and data solutions to the wealth management marketplace on a direct basis and in partnership with the McKinsey Wealth Management practice. You will oversee our marketing and client development strategy and work closely with existing PriceMetrix Client Development and Client Success staff to create opportunities for further client impact. You will also be responsible for building and growing PriceMetrix’s collaboration with the McKinsey Wealth Management consulting practice by ensuring integration of subscription data / analytics assets and insights into traditional consulting project work. You will explore and develop opportunities for partnerships, expansion to adjacent vertical(s) (e.g. Insurance), and to new geographies. In addition, you will support research and publication of McKinsey’s research on the wealth management industry.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree; Post-graduate or advanced degree in business is a plus
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interest in the wealth management industry; experience in the sector highly desirable
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams or delivering global/regional assignments
  • Prior experience in business development and/or working in a client-facing role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Energetic and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with and effectively coach a diverse group of team members
  • Demonstrated experience in building sustainable tools, solutions or assets
  • Strong execution drive and high level of ownership
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
