As a Strategic Communications Requirements Manager, youâll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with thought leaders in communications concepts, policy, organizational alignment and training requirements on projects for the client. Youâll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the units, test organizations, and future systems elements. Work with us to help plan, program and execute the timely fielding of the system.

You Have:

7+ years of experience in the operation and modification of Air Force strategic communications systems, including the development and coordination of weapon system requirements, development of AFGSC Policy, and advocating or influencing Air Staff adoption of policy Air Force wide

Knowledge of division functions and interdependencies of responsibilities for system requirement development and deployment

Ability to synchronize and manage the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process from determination of the need of a material solution to full operational capability

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelorâs degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience operating and interacting with strategic communication systems at an operational unit â¯

Knowledge of strategic communications requirements in support of strategic operations

Ability to articulate issues to Directorate leadership regarding development and deployment of strategic communications systems

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
