Mohamed Elhag is a Managing Director and Middle East Practice Leader with Alvarez & Marsal Infrastructure and Capital Projects Group in Dubai.
With 18+ years of experience in consulting, Mr. Elhag's primary areas of concentration are strategy activation, project management offices (PMOs) digital enablement, and business process reengineering. He has worked with clients across various industries, including construction, property development, mining, utilities, and government.

Mr. Elhag has led many significant projects in the UK, Europe including the National Program for IT (NPfIT), Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi. These projects included analyzing, architecting and managing strategy realization, portfolio digitization and knowledge management frameworks for contractors, developers, local governments and healthcare providers.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Elhag was a Founder and Managing Director of P3 Transform Ltd., growing the business from a startup to a multi-million pound value in 18 months. Prior to that, he was with EY as part of its program management advisory team. Mr. Mohamed was the key driver in innovating a number of systems, tools, and methods to help clients translate their strategy into initiatives and organizational processes that meet their goals.

Mr. Elhag earned an MBA from the University of Leicester School of Management. He is a PRINCE2 and MSP registered Practitioner with the Office of Government Commerce – UK and a member of the Institute of Consulting, the Chartered Management Institute, the British Computer Society, and the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). A British national, Mr. Mohamed is fluent in English and Arabic.
