Paolo is an Associate Director in the Dubai office and senior member of the Travel & Transportation practice. He has 20+ years of cross-sector expertise in Europe and in the Middle East with leading multinationals, private conglomerates, and public institutions, in Transportation, Automotive, and Consumer Goods/Retail. Paolo’s expertise is centered around the following areas: - Strategy planning and execution - Joint Venture creation - Organizational design & transformation - Program Management Office establishment and execution Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Paolo served in senior positions with leading management consulting firms (Bain & Company, Strategy&) and worked as Strategy Director for General Motors. He founded and managed a consulting company based in Dubai and a predictive analytics & marketing automation start-up. Paolo holds a Masters Degree (Hons.) in Business Management & Innovation from the S. Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy and a Masters Degree (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy. He is fluent in English and Italian. Paolo is married with two children and lives in Dubai. In his free time, he is a history and geopolitics reader and likes swimming.
