Alberto Michelotti is a core member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources, Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Private Equity practices.
Throughout his professional experience across Europe and the Middle East, Alberto has worked for major industrial players and sovereign and private equity funds, leading projects in sectors such as energy, metals, pulp and paper, petrochemicals, automotive and retail. In the energy sector, his expertise covers oil & gas, utilities, renewable energies and energy efficiency.
His experience covers a broad range of projects, including merger integration, corporate and investment strategy, performance improvement, reorganization, industrial and financial restructuring, business due diligence and program management.
Alberto’s academic background includes an MBA from the Collègedes Ingénieurs in Paris, as well as a double degree in nuclear engineering from the Politecnico of Milan and the École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées.
