Bio

Oliver is a member of Bain's Enterprise Technology practice. He is an expert in Digital and Technology strategy & Transformation with more than 20 years relevant experience. Oliver has shaped and executed large scale technology-led business transformation programs improving top- and bottom line performance of our clients as well as definining Digital and IT operating models and digital workforce strategies. Some of his key client results include delivering digital strategy engagements to drive top- and bottom line improvements by leveraging digital technologies and new ways of working as well as shaping and executing large scale IT M&A engagements along the deal life cycle (IT Due Diligence, IT PMI, IT Carve-out); worked for the sell as well as buy side. Shaped and executed Technology and IT performance improvement programs with significant cost reduction and organizational chance. Prior to Bain, Oliver led the Technology Strategy business in APAC, Middle East and Africa for another global management consulting form. He was also heading the global IT M&A business at this consulting firm. Oliver holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford (with distinction); and Analytics - executive education at North Western University - Kellogg School of Management. Oliver has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Middle East and South America. He is married to Petra and has a son named Phil-Lukas.
