Bjorn Ewers is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Operations practices. He is part of BCG’s Energy practice global leadership team, heading Energy Transform for BCG in the EMESA region. Since joining BCG in 2005, Bjorn has worked extensively in the energy sector in the areas of strategic planning, operations, and transformation with a strong focus on climate and decarbonization in recent years.
Bjorn’s experience has also covered numerous post-merger integrations and has worked with several energy majors on projects related to developing innovation strategies, optimizing upstream and midstream activities, and creating strategies to develop a new energies portfolio. He has helped a wide range of energy clients on energy transitioning topics, restructuring, and designing major operational excellence programs.
