Bio

Jad Bitar is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice. Over the course of his career, Jad has worked with numerous health care providers, public health entities, and private players on large-scale transformations, change management initiatives, national strategies, operational excellence, and innovation. Jad has more than 20 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors in North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His experience has included helping government agencies and private clients with strategy design and implementation, vision and mission development, corporate and unit strategy, and operating model transformation. He has particularly deep experience in organization design and implementation, service line integration, and private-equity due diligence. In addition, Jad is the founder of Qudurat, a Beirut-based nonprofit intermediary focusing on providing pro-bono support to NGOs to develop their capabilities and maximize their impact. Prior to joining BCG in 2014, Jad worked for Booz & Company, where he led the Middle East health care practice. He previously founded and led a technology start-up in Silicon Valley.
