Mustafa Bosca is a core member of Boston Consulting Group‘s Financial Institutions practice in the Middle East. He focuses on banking, capital markets, and Islamic finance.
Since joining BCG in 2014, Mustafa has worked extensively with banks, exchanges, asset managers, and regulators on strategy design and execution, large-scale transformation, operating model design, and financial sector development. Mustafa’s consulting experience includes digital strategy design to help financial institutions address digital disruption and technological change.
Mustafa leads BCG’s social impact work in the Middle East, focusing on a wide-range of projects to improve total societal impact of private and social sector clients. Prior to joining BCG, he worked at Booz & Company and the Islamic Development Bank.
