Szabolcs Mihalik is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and People & Organization practices. He supports oil and gas companies in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia, and Africa. He is currently focusing on energy transition, sustainability and digital topics.
Szabolcs has worked with multiple oil and gas majors, national oil companies, and independent players on large-scale transformations, corporate transactions, PMI and restructuring, organization design, business unit strategies, and executive decision support.
Prior to joining BCG, Szabolcs worked at various business and functional areas at MOL for four years, most recently as the head of the Commercial Project Management business unit.
