I founded Cirrus to provide exceptional leadership, engagement and talent solutions by building critical connections between leaders, employees and customers. I’m fortunate to have worked with some of the world’s leading organisations on international leadership and engagement programmes. I’m a regular media commentator and conference speaker, and in 2015 successfully completed a doctoral thesis on leadership. I’m also a proud father and keen runner.
