Bio
Thomas Deininger is the founder, managing director and partner of DEININGER CONSULTING. With personal dedication, visionary drive and exceptional professional skill, he has anchored the company nationally and positioned it internationally.
His practice focuses in particular on placing candidates in management positions in the capital goods industry, financial services and high tech.
After earning a degree in engineering, Thomas initially worked in industry for several years. From there, he moved to a leading international management and personnel consulting firm, the PA Consulting Group, in London. He rose to the position of managing director there a few years later. Thomas founded DEININGER CONSULTING in Frankfurt at the end of 1981.
