Bio

“For me, the human element is crucial. Generosity, solidarity, and passion are the key values in our Kearney culture that drive me in all my relationships with my clients, my teams, and my colleagues.” Noura Khemakhem grew up watching her father, an engineer, climb the ladder in the Tunisian Railways Company. Inspired by her father’s commitment to the transportation sector in Tunisia, she pursued degrees in engineering from French Grandes Ecoles, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management. Noura brings her deep expertise in transportation, logistics, and infrastructure to all her engagements with clients. Recently, she’s focused on national strategies for logistics and transportation as well as the development of greenfield special economic zones in the Middle East. Noura is passionate about delivering tangible value to her clients. “Our Kearney differentiator is how we can formulate recommendations that balance both the strategic ambitions and the implementation complexity,” she says. “This is what I joined Kearney for, and this is what excites me the most.” As a leader in Kearney’s apprenticeship initiative, she is helping bring that excitement to the next generation of consultants. “On top of making clients happy, I get a big sense of fulfillment from coaching others,” Noura says. She’s especially invested in helping her younger colleagues find the right balance between their professional and personal lives. As a mother of two young girls herself, Noura appreciates Kearney’s flexibility and is committed to supporting others in balancing their well-being and growing careers. Noura has been with Kearney Middle East for more than a decade, having joined the firm back in 2011 as the first Tunisian consultant. Over the years, she’s seen Kearney’s Middle East region blossom from a few dozen consultants to more than 500 and counting. “What attracted me to Kearney back in 2011 was the family spirit of the company. I felt at home from the first day I walked into the office to have my first interview. We have been growing throughout the years, but the “people culture” has remained a key differentiator for Kearney. It definitely still feels like a family.”
