Based in London for 10 years now, I lead London Strategy & Consulting Group, a management consulting firm, and our breakthrough works in strategy consulting. I currently serve in the capacity of CEO at LS& CG. Being a seasoned professional, I bring years of diverse functional and geographical experience to the industry. During my career, I have built consultancy models from ground up for organisations across the UK, Europe and North America helping them execute engagements in corporate strategy, organization transformation and so on, and thereby thrive in highly competitive markets. Prime areas of expertise: Owing to my foundation in soft skills like corporate management and emerging technologies, Deb have also managed to add cross-functional critical thinking skills to my repertoire by acclimatising myself to various Fintech business assignments with major clients including RBS Group, Nationwide Building Society, Virgin Money, Barclays Card, Lloyds Banking Group, FCA, Barclays, Skrill /Paysafe FinTech, AVIVA, DWP, the World Bank, Bank of Ireland, SEB Bank, and AMEX. So far, he has built a multi-hyphenate career for myself. A serial tech entrepreneur by nature, I founded LEIN Ventures as well, a platform pioneering a collaborative ecosystem that connects the dots between FinTech and RegTech industries. Before devoting full time to LS&CG, he spearheaded various independent projects with the Big Three namely McKinsey, BCG, BAIN and Co. (MBB), as well as PwC, and advised tier 1 banks, FI Fortune with 500 clients on an average of £ 10 m to £80 m plan. Furthermore, I managed transformation projects for top 7 CMA9 banking clients as their Executive Advisor.
