Amadeo, a senior partner based in the Middle East, works with leading companies in the energy, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors on issues related to strategy, operations, and policies. He leads the People & Organizational Performance Practice in the Middle East, helping clients redesign and transform their organizations. Amadeo serves energy companies as well as industrial conglomerates on their transformation, growth, and operational strategies. In one recent project, he led support for a major oil company by implementing world-class processes, including top-team processes, strategic planning, and workforce development. In other projects, he supported an industrial conglomerate in a multiyear effort to develop a strategy for reaching world-class operational performance and capabilities. Amadeo also works on healthcare and public-sector entities in their transformation process. His projects have included redesigning a healthcare system to improve their outcomes, cost, and citizen experience as well as designing the strategy for a new economic cluster and launch initiatives to significantly increase investment attraction.
