Bio

Mark Blackwell coleads the firm’s Transformation Practice in the Middle East, where he has been located since 2016. Mark first worked with McKinsey as a client during his tenure as a chief transformation officer for a large European telecommunication provider. Since joining McKinsey in 2016, Mark has worked on some of the largest transformation programs in the region. With a diverse range of industry experience, including airlines, healthcare systems, metals and mining, and telecommunications, he has supported and delivered complex transformation programs for a variety of industry clients. As part of Mark’s passion for sustainability, he maintains a dual focus on accelerating opportunities for clients, while also building a sustainability platform for practice colleagues on a strategic and operational level.
