A Partner in the Public Sector and Policy practice, Joel advises senior government, finance, and sovereign wealth fund leaders, with a focus on fiscal and economic sustainability, government effectiveness, and digital transformation. He has an educational background in Electrical and Communications Engineering and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Joel also co-leads Oliver Wyman’s regional Social Impact initiatives, supporting the firm’s commitment to making meaningful impact on societies and communities beyond specific client work. Outside consulting Joel is an avid DJ and off-roader, bringing together his passion for music and the UAE desert by throwing parties on the dunes.
