Mark is a Public Sector and Policy Partner with Oliver Wyman in Dubai. Previously he was part of the Global Communications, Media, and Technology Practice. His main areas of expertise include program management, transformation management, change management, operations improvement, start-ups, commercial strategy, and execution. Over the past two decades, Mark has worked on a wide range of consulting assignments across the globe – with Dubai as a base for the past 15 years.

Mark sees consulting as a partnership of experts and clients to achieve results that the clients would not be able to generate by themselves. The skills required to deliver this tangible impact reach much further than being a good strategist and communicator: best results are achieved when a whole consulting team partner up to translate raw ideas and strategies into actionable plans, and to see through their execution until they become reality. As a good connector of people of different backgrounds and expertise, Marks finds himself right in the center of this process.

Mark holds a master of science degree in business administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, majoring in the field of information management, and has conducted part of his studies at the Illinois MBA program in Urbana-Champaign, USA. He is fluent in Dutch and English, and has a very good understanding of Spanish.
