Pierre De Mascarel is a Partner in the Dubai office and has been living and working in the Middle East as a consultant for over 15 years. He co-leads the digital practice in the Middle East. Pierre has gained extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, where he drove transformation programs for large private institutions and government entities. He has specific knowledge in economic development (Free zones, economic cities), regulatory reforms (for the telecom industry in particular) and strategic investment (Private Equity firms).

Pierre holds a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and a Masters of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris (France). He is fluent in English and French.
