Since 1997, Carlos has advised over 50 organisations, across +15 countries. Before joining Sia Partners, he co-founded the boutique consultancy ShiftIN Partners. He also held leadership positions at The Palladium Group and at the global giant CEMEX. He is a frequent speaker and writer on Innovation and Strategy. He is a Certified Innovation Management Practitioner by the Global Innovation Management Institute He holds an Engineering Degree and an MBA from IE Business School.
