Bio
Rafael is a Partner at Sia Partners. He has developed his professional career in management consulting, having specialized in innovation management and strategy execution. He has led complex strategic transformation projects, as well as developing innovation platforms and frameworks, specialized in Government Innovation.
Prior to joining Sia Partners, Rafael was co-founder and Partner at ShiftIN Partners. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Innovation Management Institute. Rafael holds an MSc from the Rotterdam School of Management and he is a PhD candidate in Innovation & Technology at UNU-MERIT.
