Nasser held several positions at the national level with a number of government entities, the most recent of which was as an Advisor to His Excellency the Minister of Commerce. Nasser also held the position of Director-General of the General Department of Governance at the Ministry of Commerce. During his tenure at the Ministry of Commerce, he also served as a member of several committees related to foreign trade and crisis management. Nasser supervised the strategy in the National Program for Combating the Commercial Concealment. Nasser has extensive experience in the development of systems, business and strategies. He has contributed to a number of national development projects during the past period. Nasser is currently a member of the advisory board of several private sector companies. At the beginning of his career, Nasser worked with P&G and contributed to several projects involving raising the efficiency of operations. Nasser holds a BA in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, with honors. He holds a degree in Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies from Harvard Kennedy University. Nasser is also a Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional from the KPI Institute.
