Rabih has more than 24 years of diversified experience as a Business Executive and a Management Consultant. He is experienced in the planning and execution of business solutions and has successfully led complex change initiatives and assumed management positions in several organizations such as Andersen, Ernst & Young and Binladin Group. His areas of expertise include General Management, Strategy Development & Execution, Change Management, Restructuring, Performance Management, Decision Support, Cost Management, Start-ups, Technology Management, Project & Program Management and Business Coaching. Rabih has led a multitude of projects in these areas for technology companies, telecom operators & utility groups, government ministries, private investment & family offices, among others, across countries spanning the GCC, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey. Rabih holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in the UK and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Licensed Innovation Management Practitioner by Innovation 360 Group®, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by Project Management Institute and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA®) from ISACA (non-practising).
