Dima Sayess is a Partner with Strategy& and the lead of the firm’s Ideation Center in the Middle East. She has more than 15 years of experience in consulting in the region.
Dima joined the firm in 2020 to lead the Ideation Center in its mission to advance the interests of the Middle East region through research, design-thinking labs, capability-building programs, and participatory platforms. Her past experience includes time spent as a member of the Strategy& government and public sector practice between 2008 and 2014, where she managed and contributed to numerous projects focused on socioeconomic and human capital reforms.

Prior to rejoining, she was a strategic development advisor for the strategy management and governance sector at Dubai’s Executive Council, where she led several defining initiatives.
Dima holds a master’s degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut.
