Fares A. Saade is a Senior Executive Advisor with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive practice. He works with transport and logistics authorities and operators to define policies and strategies, assess investments and partnerships, and set up and ramp up organizations. He is an expert in surface transport and urban mobility, innovations and technologies within public transport, and transport safety, in addition to functional areas including public–private partnerships and capability building.
Fares has authored studies on various aspects of rail and public transport and road safety, including “The Emergence of Public Transportation in the GCC: Promoting the Modal Shift,” and “A Holistic Road Safety Strategy.”
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Bain & Company and as a financial analyst and physics instructor.
Fares holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the American University in Beirut.
