Bio

Taimur Imran is an Associate Director in Teneo’s Financial Advisory team. Taimur joined Teneo in 2021 as part of the acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring practice. He has over 10 years’ experience advising businesses and lenders in financial and operational restructuring including options analysis, liquidity reviews, accelerated capital raise, independent business reviews, accelerated M&A, insolvency and turnaround business plans. Taimur has experience working in a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, aviation, leisure, construction, government, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunication. He has advised clients ranging from large listed multinationals ($4bn+) to smaller local businesses (<$50m), however he specialises in mid-market clients ($50m-$500m). Taimur has a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham (UK), where he studied on the prestigious developing solutions scholarship. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
