As a Project Manager at Roland Berger Middle East, specializing in Industrial Strategy & Policy, you will play a crucial role in driving successful project outcomes that shape industries' growth and competitiveness. Your project management expertise and understanding of policy dynamics will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Project Leadership and Execution:Lead and manage consulting projects focused on industrial strategy development, policy analysis, and economic impact assessment within the Middle East region.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Policy Analysis and Advocacy:Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and industry associations to analyze existing policies, identify gaps, and propose recommendations for policy development.
- Engage in policy advocacy efforts by supporting the formulation of strategies to drive economic growth and competitiveness.
- Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze economic data, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide data-driven insights that inform policy recommendations and strategies.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that align with clients' economic goals.
- Client Engagement and Communication:Build and maintain strong client relationships within the industrial sector, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and findings to clients, ensuring their alignment with project objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional project teams, including consultants, analysts, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate on project planning, data collection, analysis, and solution development.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, management consulting, policy analysis, or relevant roles within industrial strategy and policy development.
- Master's degree or MBA in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred including STEM, from a global top university or business school
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects related to policy analysis, economic impact assessment, and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of industrial dynamics, economic trends, and policy frameworks within the Middle East region preferred
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to define project scopes, manage timelines, allocate resources, and communicate effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate effectively within project teams.
