Roland Berger's energy team in the Middle East is supporting governments, investment funds and utilities in their energy transition journey.
Develop and implement the energy transition agenda with our clients
Manage projects and deliverables to successful completion
Stay on top of developments in the energy innovation and utilities space and become a topic champion
Identify and support business development opportunities
Manage and develop your project team members so they can grow in their personal and professional development
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school.
6+ of experience in consulting with top-tier strategy firms
5+ years of experience in the energy and utility sector
Understanding of energy innovation topics
Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantage
A winning personality with a passion for the energy transition
Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
