Job description In the U.K, our Banking practice works collaboratively with Tier 1 investment & retail banks, asset managers and insurers designing, implementing and managing solutions for our clients focused on our core offerings:

Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Regulation & Compliance Finance & Risk Management Non-Financial Risks Data Management Transformation Complemented by the Sia Partners Consulting 4.0 ecosystem, we are able to offer enhanced consulting capabilities to deliver optimal results for our clients in large-scale programmes and strategic initiatives.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for…

Delivering high quality work with limited oversight. Leading work-streams or projects across Regulation and Compliance. Supporting the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the UK and, if required, support overseas engagements. Supporting the development of content and pitches for practice-related opportunities and proposals, specifically in the Regulatory and Compliance area Actively contributing to the development of Sia Partners assets and IP including methodology, tools, templates, guidelines and lead initiatives to continuously improve and integrate them with other Sia Partners assets across the Practice. Assisting in marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners and your practice across social networks. Facilitating own learning by self-study and receive training from more senior members of the organisation. Interacting with other industry teams within Sia Partners to share information. Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks.

Qualifications What skills and experience are we looking for?

5-8 years' Management Consulting experience, including experience from a recognised, consulting firm in the financial services industry Regulatory exposure in any of the following: MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR or CSDR; Proven previous regulatory project experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services Compliance including key components and processes. Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events. Capital Markets eco-system and participants. E.g. sell side, buy side, market infrastructure. Experience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management Drafting policies and procedures including conduct of business, compliance monitoring plans or regulatory business plans. Regulatory reporting, assessment or remediation Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
