BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area (FIPA) aims to be the consultant of choice for leaders in the financial industry. We seek to achieve that goal by helping clients find their way amid the ever-evolving, ever-shifting competitive landscape. By focusing on the fundamental economics of their businesses and the underlying needs of their customers, we help banks, brokerages, asset managers and other financial- services organizations rethink their strategic assumptions, identify winning business propositions, and seize new opportunities in the expanding digital environment. What You'll Do

As a Project Leader/Principle within BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry shaping the future of Asset and Wealth Management. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:

Digital strategy: Setting the digital ambition, identifying Digital opportunities, and defining a roadmap for successful execution While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

5-7+ years of consulting experience in Wealth Management and/or Asset Management OR 5-7+ years of industry experience Business level English both written and spoken Strong business acumen, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and conceptual capabilities Experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with all levels of seniority with internal and external stakeholders, while working in a global collaborative team environment
