You Are:

A Customer Experience (CX) practitioner with an understanding of the combined customer strategy and technologies key to enabling federal mission success. You understand the ins and outs of CX operating models and you’re ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their customer experience organizations. You’ve been part of consulting engagements and understand what it takes to deliver success. Working in an agile, fast-paced environment energizes you, and you’re at your best when contributing to a team. You’re always ready to dive deep into creative and analytical thinking to solve problems and transform challenges into opportunities.

Be part of a team working on:

  • Customer Strategy & Segmentation – Articulate CX mission and vision for federal customers, with focus helping agencies build deep understand of their customers and take action to improve their experience.

  • CX Operating Models – design and implement tailored operating models based on customer current state and future vision

  • Voice of the Customer (VOC) – assess, propose, oversee design/ deployment of VOC solutions

  • Journey Mapping – Map customer journeys to visualize and present existing interactions and opportunities for improvement

  • Human Centered Design – Lead planning and execution of HCD discovery and design sessions to co-create customer-centric prototypes and solutions

  • CX Measurement – Design, implement, and optimize measurement methods and tools to derive insights that inspire client action

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 years of consulting experience with CX tasks such as strategy, design, journey mapping, etc.

  • Experience analyzing CX data (both quantitative and qualitative), transforming it into actionable insights

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Voice of the Customer (VoC) tools such as Medallia or Qualtrics

  • Background in organization change including stakeholder mapping

  • Experience/knowledge of Human Center Design

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $82,400 - $133,700

Colorado: $82,400 - $115,500

New York City: $95,400 - $133,700

Washington: $87,800 - $122,900
