You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting environment 
  • 1+ years of experience with implementation planning and performance management 
  • Experience with implementation plan design and execution for small- and large-scale engagements
  • Experience with working in a DoD organization, including the headquarters or department level
  • Experience with managing and working with stakeholders at a variety of levels, including mid- and senior-level officers and SESs
  • Ability to design and execute organizational performance activities, including the development of metrics to enable the collection of strategic, program, and critical process performance data supporting governance decisions on resources and mission performance to help department leaders better align decisions with strategy achievement 
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with organizational transformations at Fortune 500 companies and military organizations
  • Experience with working in a commercial environment 
  • Experience in working with headquarters elements of the USSF, USAF, or the Air Force
  • Knowledge of policy or guidance development in the DoD and space operations or space as a domain
  • Knowledge of military or commercial aerospace organizations, including the Department of the Air Force, US Space Command, or Army and Navy space organizations
  • Knowledge of industry space leaders, including SpaceX 
  • Ability to support marketing or business development opportunities and intellectual capital development on organizational performance 
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities 
  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management, Data Analytics, Organizational Design, Lean Six Sigma, or Design Thinking Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
