Your role: Play central role in managing Life Science division project teams and clients in cooperation with the Partners of the firm, including synthesizing research and analysis into strategic recommendations for clients Play active role in management of consultant team including active participation in recruiting process and associate evaluation process Generate new key client contacts to bring in new business development opportunities and generate revenue for the division Maintain ongoing contact with client staff during and after assignment including initiating search for business development challenges facing client and ways in which company can address them with both existing and new clients. Effectively initiate and coordinate establishment of productive relationships with client teams Identify and obtain commitment of key senior client staff to forward company project recommendations within the client organization and identify follow up opportunities for business development Support creation of new consulting products to ensure the further growth of the firm not only with clients but also with extended range of services offered, which involves regular contribution of industry experience and functional expertise to efforts of firm to build new intellectual capital Support Partners with recommendations for further career development of associates Effectively support learning of associates through personal instruction and/or directing to appropriate resources Deliver multiple projects and reports to client-ready level by agreed-upon deadlines and within budget Generate new key client contacts to bring in new business development opportunities and generate revenue for the division Demonstrate effectiveness in use and coaching of all relevant tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel), research methods (e.g., ACA, Discrete Choice) and models (e.g., market stimulation, forecasting) Contribute to setting strategic direction for the office and the Life Science division in North America

Your profile: Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Health Management, Health Policy, Biology or related field, and six years of work experience in the job offered or related field of management consulting and project and personnel management, or functional experience in pricing, marketing, and sales; or, in the alternative, a Master's degree or equivalent and four years of work experience; or, in the alternative, a PhD degree and three years of work experience If qualifying by a Bachelor's degree, must have six years of experience in life sciences, or management consulting in life sciences and project and personnel management, or functional experience in pricing, marketing, and sales in the life sciences industry If qualifying by a Master's degree, four years of same experience If qualifying by a Ph.D., three years of same experience
