Your profile: Relevant professional experience as a consultant in transaction / private-equity / CDD from a global top-tier consultancy is a necessity 7 plus years experience Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build, grow and maintain a high performing consulting team through effective leadership and communication skills Proven track record in acquiring and leading CDDs as well as operational management of consultant teams Initial (management) experience in building and expanding consulting teams; preferred but not essential Excellent communication and persuasion skills as well as written and spoken Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
