You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.About the Role
PwC’s Learning & Development team is looking for an experienced L&D Sr. Manager who has strong experience and expertise in managing & executing learning strategies for Management & Strategy Consulting platform. The individual would work closely with the Business Leaders (MDs/Partners) and SMEs to identify,plan and deliver key learning interventions in this domain. This role resides in Learning & Development & will have people management responsibilities. The position will report to L&D Head for Bangalore Acceleration center in Human Capital.
Position Requirements
Strong experience in leading the Learning Partnering/Consulting role for Transformation platform (eg. Management & Strategy practices)
Worked in an extremely agile, matrixed and multi-stakeholder organizations with a strong ability to influence senior leadership(MDs,Directors and Partners)
Strong capability to forge relationship and network within the team, with business and with leadership across geographies (especially US)
Strong executive presence and ability to use foresight in conversations with business leaders and influence using data based storytelling
Has been involved in upskilling across genres - Functional,Industry and Leadership Development
Ability to drive an L&D agenda with measured outcomes which are aligned with larger business objectives
Comes with a past experience of leading teams (Managers and below) and strong performance management and people engagement experience
Has understanding and experience of working on functional or technology competencies of individuals and working on learning maps and competency framework
Aligns own work to drive business strategic priorities to ensure business outcomes are achieved through learning
Understands and has worked on building secondary skills and capabilities to drive organizational employee capabilities and fungibility to move employees across capabilities
Has worked both hands-on and led program teams to successful outcomes on organization wide initiatives (large scale program design & implementation)
Drive strong data based conversation during reviews and willing to go into tough conversations in a professional manner to drive larger outcomes

Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with calm and gain win-win outcomes-
Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
Understand stated and unstated needs to design learning solutions based for business based on stakeholder interactions
Work seamlessly in a matrixed environment balancing multiple stakeholders and their expectations
Should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning design. Learner experience and project management.
Drive the L&D brand within the organization by providing measurable learning outcomes
Drive a strong Global and Country alignment and operate with a boundaryless mindset while driving solutions
Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador
Qualification & Experience
Post graduation(MBA) degree in HR or equivalent practical experience
Overall experience of 15+ years in L&D in Consulting firms with experience of handling Management & Strategy Consulting L&D
