The People Team at Teneo The Business Analyst will be supporting the global transformation of the People Function, with a focus on UK and EMEA regions. You will be responsible for the delivery of business analysis across the full lifecycle of process improvement, including conducting a detailed analysis of existing processes and practices, developing and refining improvements, and then implementing and truly embedding technical automation and changes with a quality and customer-first mindset

You will also be agreeing on the analysis approach with stakeholders, preparing delivery plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracking activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.

The Business Analyst will also be responsible for mapping full business processes and implementing solutions for technological and process improvements within the context of overall business processes, needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling and/or logical database design.

This is a great role for an experienced BA who enjoys making a tangible difference, and who can give examples of making quantifiable improvements that benefit the business and the working lives of our employees.

Key Responsibilities Ensure up to date documentation exists for all current ‘As Is’ processes, including validation with the stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvement (efficiencies, quality, user experience) and present potential solutions Identify technology solutions to support the transformation of the People Operations team, helping identify technical requirements, and mapping business processes and workflows Design all future To-Be processes which enables the People Operations Function to be a technology data-led function. Defining criteria and measurements of success Support user acceptance (UAT) by creating test cases and acceptance criteria, supporting issue/defect management Work with project managers to deliver projects and programmes to plan Communicating solutions and updates to senior stakeholders and the wider between Technical and Non-Technical project stakeholders Support users in communicating process changes and supporting to the adoption of new processes, ensuring change is positive and permanent Responsible for documenting change management for functional requirements Key Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have previous Business Analyst experience in a process-driven business. You will be tenacious and resilient, being able to refer to prior successful initiatives to change working practices and implement solutions with positive, measurable, outcomes.

Your key skills should include;

Excellent Communication skills - able to communicate with the Business in their language, and translate these conversations for different audiences Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with and work effectively with diverse groups of people An Analytical mindset - able to understand requirements, and identify, evaluate, and propose, potential solutions The ability to evaluate impacts and risks to projects - producing project risk logs and status updates A BA Qualification (e.g. ISEB / Six Sigma) and experience with project tools such as MS Project / Visio are highly desirable Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey data in an easy-to-digest manner What we offer An opportunity to be part of a friendly, innovative and highly motivated team.
