We are expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Manager to join our Operations team in London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial acumen and organisational experience combined with well-developed communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the decision table with the EMEA Leadership team and contribute to the strategic decision making and expansion plans of one of the fastest growing and highly regarded Restructuring and Transformation firms globally.

The Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Development and Operations, the appointee will assist the EMEA Executive Leadership on significant and confidential organic and inorganic expansion projects. These can include:

Identifying new business opportunities and service offerings including additional channels to market and expansion opportunities Creating financial models to measure success and analyse go to market opportunities and synergies Supporting European operations with internal tracking and reporting on the expansion of our Managing Director population and recruitment pipeline updates Originating and developing Managing Director business plans and growth proposals including designing compensation models and reward plans Working closely and in coordination with colleagues in Legal, Finance, Tax and in-country Operations teams, project managing expansion plans across geographies, legal entities and offices Acting as a pivotal point for new MDs during critical phases in their offer process, onboarding and integration to A&M including the production of offer letters and contracts Continuously developing, improving, and in some cases, innovating internal processes The Requirements

A minimum of 4 years work experience, ideally gained within a finance or analytical environment; experience of working within a Transactions Advisory / professional services practice is highly preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong Excel and financial modelling skills essential with proven analytical skills Self-starter who can manage ambiguity and explore opportunities autonomously to achieve targets and deliverables Intellectually curious, pro-active, and comfortable challenging the status quo to ask thoughtful questions and make proposals to solve problems Ability to build and leverage strong relationships across the organisation Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior management Fluent English, other European languages are advantageous Diversity & Inclusion
