How you will create an impact:
Responsibility for building up the US TSPE practice in the US together with local partners and with the support from the central Europe TSPE team
Advisory of private equity funds and strategic investors on transactions with a key focus on commercial due diligence incl. project management from project acquisition to final CDD-report
Driving development of existing methodology, managing client delivery independently, advising internal staff on CDD
Collaboration with TSPE lead partner as well as partners from the verticals through active participation in the further development and expansion of the practice
Development and management of local consultants’ team
Your profile:
Relevant professional experience as a consultant in transaction / private-equity / CDD from a global top-tier consultancy is a necessity
7 plus years experience
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build, grow and maintain a high performing consulting team through effective leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in acquiring and leading CDDs as well as operational management of consultant teams
Initial (management) experience in building and expanding consulting teams; preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and persuasion skills as well as written and spoken
Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
