This role will be in the Healthcare & Life Sciences team, which is Simon-Kucher’s largest division, with our US Life Sciences team operating out of our Boston, New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco offices.
We support a diverse set of exciting pharma and biotech clients, focusing on value, market access, pricing, and commercial opportunity projects around the world. Our international presence allows us to provide both global knowledge and local expertise to address the specific challenges unique to each geographic location.
As an experienced manager, you will have the ability to large-scale, complex projects with multiple work streams. This includes driving the team’s analytics, research, insight synthesis, development of recommendations, and socialization of findings and recommendations with client teams. Lastly, we want you to have a high degree of initiative, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate an interest in pursuing the Simon-Kucher partnership.
As a member of the Commercial Strategy team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of Commercial Strategy clients, products, and project types. You will build industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast paced projects. You will work closely with Partners and your project team to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve our clients’ business challenges. You will have a network of support through company training, mentorship and other initiatives.

4-6 years post-undergrad OR MBA + 2-4 years of relevant experience OR Doctorate + 2-4 years of relevant experience
Relevant value, market access, and pricing / contracting expertise for pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology manufacturers
Established track record in relevant management consulting roles
Established track record in leading delivery of complex engagements

Salary Range: 170,000-180,000
