Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, sales operations, program management, or a similar role.
Experience managing sales programs, commercial programs, or incentive programs.
Experience in mobile gaming and mobile apps ecosystem.
Ability to drive operational growth and influence executive stakeholders.
Ability to drive program operations, program strategy, execution and outcomes.
Ability to analyze performance data, develop insights and apply the insights to optimize programs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

In this role, you will understand the ecosystem implications, operational playbook, key cross-functional stakeholders and day-to-day metrics. You will drive high impact project delivery and operations for Google Play strategic global developers. You will manage strategic deliverables for developers across various teams within Google Play.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Lead the strategy and execution for cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives related to strategic games and apps developers.
Drive the business program, design, playbook, and ensure effective execution and tracking.
Be a thought leader on games and apps trends and the overall ecosystem.
Partner with Strategic Partner Development Managers to drive complex negotiations and agreement.
Collaborate with partnerships, products, and relevant cross-functional stakeholders. Provide ecosystem insights and recommendations as part of strategic decision-making.
